Sujet:		Highlights of this Year's Summer Conferences
		(Lepton-Photon: Beijing, EPS: Brussels)

Resume:		The highlights of the new particle physics results
		which were presented at this year's summer conferences
		will be discussed. Topics will include updated  results on
		the discovery of the top quark, neutrino physics experiment
		which search for neutrino oscillations.
		Precision measurements on the standard model show that 
		there is a an excess (3.7 standard deviations) in the 
		measured rate of Z bosons decaying into a pair of b quarks 
		as compared to the prediction.
