Title: Recent results in B decays

Abstract:
Recent developments in the theory of heavy flavour decays
are reviewed together with a summary of new experimental
results. The topics covered include: determinations of the
Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix elements V_cb and V_ub,
form factors in semileptonic B decays, rare radiative B decays,
the semileptonic branching ratio of the B meson and charm
counting, lifetimes of b-flavoured hadrons, and the deter-
mination of alpha_s from Upsilon spectroscopy.
