For EVO beginners

Foresee 15 minutes preparation at least.

You will need headphones.

Register by creating your own account from the EVO web site

http://evo.caltech.edu/

EVO community: Universe / high energy physics / EU-neutrino

To find the community: clik on the box with many heads in it at the bottom left corner of the Koala window, and unfold  High Energy Physics, EU-neutrino, and register to EU-neutrino by cliking on it and then on the blue right-arrow between the two.

Once it is on your list you see it appear on the tree in the main Koala window, and as a folder on the third line of the Koala window, near the top. Go there, open the folder and connect to the conference.

If you do not have headphones or get lost in the EVO instructions (really?) you can nevertheless connect through the phone bridge that you can obtain by following the instructions on the EVO web site.

To connect to a meeting, call one of the EVO Phone Bridge numbers:

Caltech (Pasadena CA USA) +1 626 395 2112
