1. DAQ controls and monitoring working group
on 13/02/05 we concluded: 
Edda would be the WBS responsible for DAQ, while Makoto will be reponsible for tracker DAQ, and Brian Martlew from Darsbury will be responsible for the controls and interlocks
Expense was described in the proposal and has not changed. 
ACTIONs: 
  -- Paul Drumm will send around his view of the corresponding WBS
  -- Alain will inform Edda and ask her to produce the said note. This should be presented to the 9 march video conference.


17/03/05: Edda has got a CERN job and new Geneva Postdoc is hired with 'ability in online' as one of the criteria. At least three months delay there.

2. Analysis working group and analysis tools project
on 13/02/05 
Action Yagmur will draft a proposal for the task of an analysis task leader.

3. Launch readiness audits.

4. responsibility of tracker-RF shield

5. PID shielding plates (also in step 2) 
--> this too will be part of the tracker module and will be assembled together with the spectrometer solenoid.

Question was raised about the effect of scraping in the present shielding plate on the emittance measurements.

6. Diffuser
task is: 
  -- define specs: what (how many thicknesses) and where (optics problem)
  -- design system with less than 30 minutes changeover time.

This again is a responsibility of the tracker module. 
An ad hoc working group (Kevin Tilley, Chris Rogers, et al)  will be called to work until this issue is settled.

7. TOF is now urgent
--> Alain will contact Bonesini with aim to participate in the KEK beam test in october 2005.

8. policy for protection and blessing of MICE related information. 
Long and Blondel will come up with a proposal by 15 March

9. VC agenda and organization
a list of VC subjects was shown (K.Long) and adopted with some modifications.
