-- Organize MICE analysis forum where questions are asked and reports are made as to how to answer them.
--Defines analysis road map. 
--identifies domains where analysis is missing and organise scientific revue of results.  
-- Monitor the progress and checks nothing is missing in the logical chain. 
-- Draws conclusions and recommandations for possible remaining MICE design issues if needed (ex: does EMcal suffice or do we need the Cherenkov? or: do we need online measurements of windows positions)  
-- organize preparation of analysis results for conferences 
-- organize review of results (nominate internal referree if needed, etc..)
