Electron test beam meeting

ECAL status:
ECAL QM model and mechanical structure needs at 
EIB+BDR ready and tested with LAPP daq chain
Pisa DAQ will be setup during this week with the help of LAPP folks
Needed 2 weeks for testing. Installation foreseen for the end of week
37 (Friday Sep 10)


TRK status:
DAQ almost finished. Installation of the whole chain during this week
at UniGe. Needed 1 day for cabling (Sep 3) and 1 day for installation
(Sep 6).


Installation:
Cables from barrack to zone should be installed BEFORE sensitive
material (detectors). Both TRK and ECAL need 1 working day for this
activity. It has been decided to do it FRIDAY Sep 3. By that time all
supports should be installed and positioned in the zone. This means
that concrete blocks for TRK telescope and drive table for ECAL as
well as racks needed should be there.


Tracker alignment:
Juan's alignment routine. First ladder inside magnet fixed as
reference plane.
