A confirmation sequence, including IV curve, was performed with a SCT LV3 + SCT HV + AERO card and Valencia electrical test box:

Results

• Digital tests fine

• Three-point gain not trimmed: 2 defective channels found relative to 2 defective channels found on hybrid tests (after hybrid Response Curve).

• IV curve: Ileak (350 V) = 0.87 uA; Ileak (500 V) = 0.953 uA (with Nitrogen)
