Comparison between module m2 and module m4
The idea is to check if there is a difference in the module behaviour
due to the different hybrid design. In order to do this, the
two modules's chips have been bonded more or less in the same
configuration:
- module m2: master connected to 12 cm and 5 chips to 6 cm
- module m4: end chip connected to 12 cm and 5 chips to 6 cm
To get a stable behaviour in the high current region, we
killed the chip connected to 12 cm and we compared the raw data coming from a threshold scan at 1.75fC and 2.5fC:
From this data it seems that module m4 is slightly better. However we have to take into account that it is more evident for low value charges and that
the chips belonging to module m2 had a slightly lower gain.
