Tests on the modm4
(abcd2 metallised p-type chips on the new Oslo barrel
hybrid)
We disconnected the second detector getting the following situation:
5 chips connected to 6 cm detector (fully depleted), chip 6 connected
to 12 cm detector, but the first 6 cm detector is fully depleted while
the second is not depleted at all. We compared the results with the
same configuration but both detectors fully depleted:
- comparison between 1 and 2 detector biased [ps]
- comments: when just one detector is biased there is no evidence
of oscillation. The chip 6 gets a very high noise because of the
big input capacitance. When the second detector is biased, we get oscillations
everywhere
