  • ceramic hybrid (Oslo type) + 6 ABCD2T chips
  • hybrid irradiated in October 1999 at PS (24 GeV p)
    to a total fluence of of 3x1014 p/cm2

• Detectors:

  • 2 CSEM detectors irradiated in August 1998 at PS (24 GeV p)
    to a total fluence of 3x1014 p/cm2

• Module assembled at University of Geneva
