  • ~ 35 mV/fC at preamp = 190 ?A and shaper = 25 ?A for TRAD

• Noise:

  • ~ 1600 electrons for HRAD
  • ~ 2000 electrons for TRAD (rough calculation based on 1600 electrons and detectors capacitance after irradiation ~ 1800
    electrons)
