- TRAD: single sided, ceramic hybrid, CSEM detectors
Irradiation fluency: the same for both modules
Annealing:
- RLT4: 7 days at 25º C
- TRAD: 21 days at 25º C
Set up configuration:
- Cooling:
- RLT4: air inside the fridge ~ -25 ºC
- TRAD: baseboard temperature ~ -16 ºC
