  • RLT4: VCC=3.5, VDD=4.5, V(det)=200 V, Level mode, d.c.m. X1X
  • TRAD: VCC=3.5, VDD=4.0, V(det)=350 V, Edge mode, d.c.m. 01X

• Results:

  • RLT4: 12 ABCDT responding
  • TRAD: needed to use the bypass token:
    => data from 3 out of 6 chips
  • Chips from different batches
  • RLT4: shaper current <= 31 ?A
  • TRAD: shaper current <= 25 ?A
  • ENC ~ 2000 electrons for both modules
